The staff was kind and courteous, answered all of my questions. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. "I was very surprised at how nice this place is with all of the things that you have access to one thing here. My only gripes is that it took the fridge a staggering amount of time just even cool down, my guy almost called the front desk to make sure it is functioning correctly or needed to be replaced. It took close to six hours for my drinks in the fridge to even be chilled. My other issue was that the air-conditioning struggled to keep up with temperature in the room, either a stronger unit...

"Everything was good. Staff was friendly. Check in was quick. Property was very clean. We utilized the gym and pool. Convenient location off the highway and everything was in that area shopping and eating! Rooms were clean and had enough supplies without needing to call for anything additional. Breakfast offered a nice variety to accommodate all diets. Plan to stay again when visiting Charlotte."

"The hotel was clean always and I love feeling like the hotel is well staffed and not just like one person behind a desk. The food is good and the breakfast is great. The free drinks are really nice after a long day and specifically our bartender (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but she was on 5/23 and 5/24) was outstanding. Fantastic value and a must stay for families"

"Propery needs serious room upgrades. Furniture old, worn, couches stained and drooping. Pool out of service this stay and before on my stay here few months prior. Checkout staff curt and uninterested in my stay. Checkout at 12 but breakfast shuts down by 9:30. Barely a 2 star hotel. Needs some serious attention in a lot of areas. Price for stay is competitive, but much better hotels in the area for only a few more bucks. Go elsewhere........"

"My room had to be changed, I do not like adjoining rooms, the 2nd room, the air conditioner was not working in that room, so I requested my room be changed again. Front desk staff who assisted me with the room change, I was now going to my 3rd room, did not seem to realize the importance of a working air conditioner. Other thank that issue and attitude from front desk staff everything else was fine."
