"Great location between two light rail stations. Easy in and out to the airport. The connection to the skyway very handy when weather was stormy. Good places to eat on the skyway.
Melina at the front desk was amazing!
Room was nice with the kitchen and couch area.

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "

"They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back.
The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help.
