"Room quality was not what we expected at Sheraton Hotel. Outdated carpet and furniture!! We requested another room, buy they Moved us to another room next day. Still, the location of the room was very close to the swimming pool and the whole area did not smell goog, and the 2nd room was also outadted. "when we first walked in there was a very strong smell of bleach, cigarettes, and weed. the bathroom toilet was not flushing and didn’t work. the top of the toilet had hair and dust. the bathroom in general was very dirty. there was no screen on the window so we couldn’t open the window to air out the room. overall the hotel was very dirty but the customer service was amazing, they refunded my money immediately."
