"Upon check in to room, there appeared to be fecal looking stains on sheet and top cover. The other bed had rips and tears in the sheets. The AC unit had mold in the vent and on the curtains. My sisters took a video of a crawling roach on the bathroom. The front desk worker was the only worker at the hotel. We told her about our immediate concerns and her comment was "we don't have roaches here, we have an exterminator come every two weeks, unless someone just brought them in". We always check...

"The pool is so incredibly small. It's enclosed in a small room and is gets very loud. Not enjoyable at all."

"Upon arrival looking at the outside of the building, I was a little skeptical, because the outside of the building could use a little cosmetic lift. But once we got inside the building you can tell that this location has been remodeled and the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, and the free drinks at the manager’s reception were on point! We will definitely visit this location again if we’re ever in Detroit again."

"Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned. The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers. The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too. The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. The Breakfast bar was handy early...

"Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?"
