"The staff and rooms were nice. The included parking and breakfast made this a great place to stay as well! The hallways gave the hotel an older vibe, but nothing too bad. The pool was small and was overcrowded while we were there, so we didn’t utilize it."

"The experience I had was not entirely the facility's fault. My neighbors were loud, disruptive, and disrespectful. From the different voices, there were at least 5 inside the room. They were slamming doors, talking in raised voices, and listening to the television at high levels. Then someone got angry, and they began yelling, cussing, arguing, and stomping around. I was told the desk spoke to them a couple of times throughout the evening. Once I am asleep, I am fairly sound, but they woke me...

"Stayed here for 7 nights. Great location with clean rooms and a good breakfast that varied a little each day. Close to lots of restaurants. Nice staff, easy parking. The only con for us was that the bed was a little too firm."

"I would not recommend staying at Imperial Suites. We left within 10 minutes of arriving because the property was not what we expected. The outside appeared very run down, and there were people standing around the property, which made us uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower head and ceiling appeared damaged, with visible cracks. The towels looked dirty, the lights flickered instead of staying consistently on, and...

"The room was horrible. The dresser needs to be thrown out it’s old and out dated . The tub was black. It need a whole makeover."

"The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage.
