"The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly, however I wonder if they were understaffed. Trash in common areas wasn't emptied in a timely manner. The fitness area was meager and not well maintained. The pool was very much enjoyed by others' children, so that was nice for them. The breakfast was very carb heavy, and wouldn't work for a diabetic or someone who prefers protein for breakfast, i.e - no eggs or sausage or the like. There were biscuits and gravy, but they ran out of the biscuits very quickly. The hot water only came out in a dribble, so that was disappointing for myself as I wanted tea. I ended up heating water in our room in the microwave as there was no coffee machine in the room either. The room was reasonably clean, though I did find a small needle in the carpet and tissues behind the bedside table that very likely were used - I didn't check. The room was reasonably quiet however, so that was nice. I was thankful for a safe place to stay, but I would probably look elsewhere next time we come to Lincoln. As I said, though, the staff was very friendly; the facility just needs some updates and better cleaning. It seems they have been upgrading the paint in very nice colors - I noticed and appreciated that."

"I love the style of the Graduate. So cool. The middle elevator would not stop on floors 3 or 6 and we were on 6, hauling a bunch of stuff for a birthday party. Inconvenient. We also booked this hotel partly for the restaurant and it literally closed for the foreseeable future the night before we checked in and we weren’t informed. Wouldn’t keep us from staying again but not great."

"Pros: Clean, updated, and well maintained property Staff were top notch friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Breakfast had a good selection. Cons: If you’re closer to the O street side there is a bit more traffic noise. But if you use something for white noise when you travel that won’t be an issue."

"At check in we saw bugs on the night stand I informed the desk clerk and he said they didn’t have anymore queen rooms. But would put in the notes for the manager to communicate with me. At checkout I asked to speak to someone that could help me they said no one there could but the manager should call me Monday. Everyone in the room has bite marks. Will be posting videos"
