"A very good one night stay"

"Very clean. Room was pretty minimal, tv and mini fridge, no coffee maker or microwave. Breakfast was also very basic, toaster for bagels but no other hot food. Coffee was good and served all day. I’m overall good stay for the price."

"Camelot is a very nice hotel in a beautiful location! Check in was very smooth - since I arrived late, my key was waiting on the desk for me! My 2 room suite was very clean with a comfortable queen bed. An evening snack and a muffin and coffee for breakfast were an added bonus. My only disappointment was that the cute bar was already closed so I couldn't have a nightcap! I will definitely stay here again!"

"Upon obtaining our room key cards, we encountered an issue with their functionality. It took approximately 30 minutes to obtain a replacement set, which unfortunately also failed. Subsequently, it took an additional hour for the sole individual available to assist us. The problem extended beyond our room, affecting three other individuals, including an elderly woman. The woman informed us that she was the sole staff member on-site and eventually provided us with a new room."

"Good breakfast, We had a very noisy couple next door that was fighting almost all night long and we could clearly hear their loud voices at 2-5 am - terrible !"

"Dirty room, staff were terrible and I'm being charged for a room I didn't stay in which u guys condone! I am in touch with a lawyer also collect screenshots from the agents I chatted with on Expedia n telling everyone not to use ur service because u will send them to places like this! My stuff is already going viral! And then also have ur agents disconnected me when asking what else can I do! Not only that because I was reasonable mad when I was told by the guy at the front desk last night that...

"The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!"

"The location of the Radisson is great. Lots of food and entertainment within walking distance. We ate at Trax Bar and Grille inside the Radisson, it was good, with a lot of typical pub style options. Room was clean, our only complaint was that tub drain was not. Lobby is amazing, very cool place for train enthusiasts. Would stay again, would recommend."

"Check in was somewhat of a challenge considering there was very spotty cell service at this property. The room smelled a little musty. Toilet was dirty. No curtain on bathroom window. Comforter had debris on it. Tip for staff reflecting how the room was found. No breakfast included."

"Could not check in till after 3. So we weren’t able to put our luggage in our room and freshen up. Although later they offered a room to change and leave our bags. But we were running late at that time and declined. When we finally got in the room after 1 am the sink was not draining because the plunger was stuck down. We had 4 people in the room and only 2 bath towels. Not to mention $16 for parking is ridiculous since we were literally in the room for less than 7 hours ."

"Everything was fine overall. Clean, no issues but weird barn style bathroom door leaves very little privacy. Sink was clogged, we managed. Room had a connecting room that we could hear early morning tv next door very clearly. Only 1 night stay so overall room was fine. Breakfast not included but kids eat free. Problem is the free kids menu isn’t at the table, its on the back of a kids coloring paper you grab yourself. Confirmed that kids ate free before ordering but ended up not being free...
