"The room was just fine, nothing overly impressive. I noticed lots of stray hairs around our room, and the sitting chairs were filthy. Toilet was also an issue as it wouldn't fully flush. Keep in mind this is a family-friendly hotel which means the pool is constantly occupied by children. If you are looking for a quiet experience enjoying the pool/hot tub, I would suggest you book something else."

"Second floor rooms 204 have zero view, theres a fence blocking the rooftop HVAC so daylight never really fills the room. Pretty dready. Also, no cable TV, just ROKU so you cant watch real time news or sports."

"It’s in a great spot but the parking is valet, it was a busy day so no where to pull in, we ended up going to a public lot but wasn’t much cheaper. For a fairmont property, looking dated (carpeting, big curtain hanging in lobby), I know, it’s old, but it’s starting to look it. The room was fine. Front desk wouldn’t give fairmont points (not sure the program, wife cousin was with us and he collects) as we booked on Expedia. Unless you are getting a good rate, I’d probably try somewhere else. "
