Our hotel stay was perfect as we parked our car on Friday and didn't move it until checkout. The food and drinks were delicious, and we consider this our go-to spot in Gatlinburg.

This is the ONLY place we stay in Gatlinburg! It’s always clean and the staff are friendly. It’s walkable to everything in downtown. As soon as you walk in, it feels like you’re on vacation.

Thank you to all who helped make this a very memorable visit. From the concierge to the guest service agent who checked us in (sorry I can’t recall her name) the coffee shop to the bar to Holly (parakeet) We absolutely enjoyed every minute and will be back for our next anniversary.

I booked this hotel for my wife and I for our 25th anniversary. After checking in to the front desk, I went back and told my wife she was going to love it here. We did. Everything was excellent. Staff was super-friendly, room was wonderful, balcony and view was great. Location was perfect. Great choice.

The property was exceptional! The staff was the was extremely helpful and very nice. I have to say that this is one of the best hotels overall that I have stayed at. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for one extended hour of check out. $50 is steep for extended check out time.

We loved that it felt like a beach hotel but had views of the smoky mountains and the shopping strip. The bathroom in the room was amazing. The multiple shower heads felt like a spa experience. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. The hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. We loved staying here and decided this is our #1 choice for staying in Gatlinburg for future trips!
