Location is great but the room is in need of repairs, especially the bathroom and the beds. The mattresses and pillows need replacing. Need more options for pet friendly rooms other than the older ones located by the pool.

We drove for 9 hours and arrived at the facility around 6:10 am, and our check-in isn't until 3 pm, but the nice front desk guy gave us a room to check into at that time because he knew we were all tired. We booked 3 separate rooms with some friends, and we are so pleased that our rooms were next to each other, and we got to check in that early. We also had breakfast at the hotel. This is not the first time we've booked at this hotel; this is actually our 4th time. We always choose this hotel for these reasons - the staff is super nice, and everything you need is within walking distance. I always recommend this to some of my friends too.

Old and unkempt. The 2 elevaters in our building were out of order with no projected time of repair. There was no information about this when we booked. We had to lug our stuff up 4 flights of stairs. The room was very neglected. Carpet torn up around the fireplace, light fixtures nasty, dropped something behind nightstand and it was all sorts of nasty behind there and the beds. The location and comfortable beds wete the only positive.
