"Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch.
Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't...

"Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung."

"A perfect hotel from start to finish. Excellent parking, informative and efficient reception, rooms are excellent and location central for the beach. The terrace area and bar are a delight, the food here some of the best we have had and the main restaurant is a must, quite simply some of the best dining we have ever had.
