Khách sạn Lake Arrowhead , Gaylord

"This property was clean and the staff friendly however the pool was very cold and both the pool and hot tub were very low on water. This is a big disappointment, the entire pool area needs some attention."

"Friendly staff, clean-nice room and love the pool area."

"The rooms were fairly clean but outdated, comfortable but old."

"Wi-Fi was hard to use and everything was old"

"The room was a traditional small motel room that met our needs for a stopover on a road trip. The room was a bit stuffy. It had amenities like in-room coffee and refrigerator. The office offered some snacks and additional toiletries. It was located across the street from a restaurant/bar but there was not much else around that you could walk to after being in a car all day."

"Nice place to stay if traveling with your pet ...Room was clean ...Staff was helpful."

"I thought the reviews were dramatic. They were NOT. The staff also lied about a refund and said Expedia would do it, then Expedia called them and said no. Paint flaking, rusty bath tub, mildew and mold through the room and building. We had to leave. DO NOT STAY HERE. The Best Western down the road is well worth the extra cost or sleep in your vehicle!"

"Room was efficient and clean"

"Lovely place!!! Enjoyed our stay!!"

"Staff was great. Property is beautiful, but this building is in dire need of cleaning, updating and repair -especially for the "resort" price."

"it’s such a beautiful property. I was only able to stop over one night on my way from Michigan to New York, but I’d love to go back someday and see more of it."
