"First room we checked into had an additional bed which was shaking and wobbling . We had to move to another room due to this . The bathroom tap in the new room wasn’t working and showering was not possible because of this . Basic amenities are not present . Staff was very friendly and helped but the property needs to upgrade many things . It was not worth the price . "

"Stayed here prior to the flight next morning. Its a really excellent ornate hotel, as you could imagine with a name like that. The staff are very professional and polite. Quite close to the airport but wouldn't like to walk there as the roads are quite busy. They have a excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. "Kamer is super schoon,grote bedden. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk echt top medewerkers. Ontbijt iedere ochtend is goed geregeld en schoon! Parkeren kan netjes onder het hotel, opladen is ook mogelijk"

"Stayed here when the flight got in very late at night. Very helpful staff. The shuttle is needed to get here from the airport as it would be very difficult to walk. However we learnt that there is a free bus if you don't mind a 5 min walk between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was good. Overall good value for money. If you don't have a car, like us, then its not so good for visiting Milan as you have 2 public transport journeys. But for an overnight stay if you get in late at the airport...
