"Ok so as soon as I arrived after a grueling 18 hour flight, I expected to find a cold water in the fridge. There was nothing, although Water was listed as included under the amenity section. Also wanted to have nice warm shower and they were no shower, gels or soaps also as listed under the amenity list and the water was mostly cool. "I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing this stay was. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time.
