Poor customer service. Won’t be coming back. The hotel has great location and nice sea views. The room was equipped with coffee machine (for capsules/pods), kettle, iron, and hair dryer. There’s no luggage racks, probably because the rooms are pretty small. Upon entrance through the revolving door you face 2 glass panes. One in front of you and the other one to the left. The one on the left is the door, it would be nice if it carried a sign like „entrance/welcome” to avoid the confusion as both panes look exactly the same. It’s a fairly new hotel so the equipment, style, and amenities are all very nice. However, the staff in this hotel is very arrogant, standoffish, and not welcoming. Almost no one smiles at this hotel.
I arrived at the hotel at 2.40pm and asked if there was a chance of checking in early, 20 minutes before the official 3pm check in time, and was told right away that no, the rules in the hotel are that you can check in at 3. I was shocked! Usually, you would hear something more polite than a reference to the official rules posted online. In most instances you expect to hear something along the line that they are happy to check if my room is available but can’t make any promises and invite me to wait in the lobby area or recommend a coffee or a meal at hotel’s restaurant. It seems like almost all members of staff hate their jobs, no one smiles or makes eye contact. Kudos to lady in restaurant with black high ponytail for her outstanding customer service.
