There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Horrible, made me pay extra for a room which I did originally booked and only the second day they offered me the actual room I booked but then charged me extra, staff advised me to smoke in the room, like that is acceptable. Not even in my own home is that acceptable.

They are not ready to open

The air conditioner wasn’t working, the water was coming out red and smelled like copper. The elevator buttons turn on and off randomly. Every time that I called reception they hung up on me. A very bad and unnecessary experience.

Haksız Ücret Talebi!

öncelikle ilk andan itibaren ilgisiz bir personal ile karşılaştık. Odayı önce 1 kişilik rezerve ettirdim fakat sonrasında misafirim 2 kişi kalmak istedik otel görevlisine ilettik. Bize hiçbir ek ücret çıkarmadı. Otelden çıkış yapılırken, ödemeye ek olarak 2500 tl ek ücret talep ettiler. Ben Hotels uygulamasından baktığımda 2 kişi ücreti yalnızca 1.000 tl fark ederken benden 2500 tl fark istediler. Üzerine ben fatura talep ettim ve bana 2500 tl ilave edilmeden fatura verdiler. Maalesef bu bir hırsızlık! Resmi olarak gösteremedikleri bir ücreti talep ediyorlar. Bir daha asla kalmam.

Erste und letzte mal !

Zimmer riechte nach Schweiß. Der erste Tag beim frühstücken war es arschkalt, service war katastrophal sie haben da ein Wasserautomat der funktionierte ein Tag nicht also hatten die Leute beim frühstücken kein Wasser bekommen wenn man nicht nachgefragt hat das ist ja das mindeste das man paar Flaschen wasser raustellt ! Das erdre znd letzte mal !!!
