"Central, well priced and easy to access. Only 500m from Barwon Health, I booked this very last minute so I could be nearby an unwell family member, and the Eastern Sands staff could not have been more accommodating with my booking and late check in instructions. The room is basic but spacious, comfy bed and hot shower- you don't need much more. Walking distance to the CBD, hospital and waterfront. Off street parking. Rooms are not very soundproof, but I was that tired the noise from next door...

"The property was very neat and the rooms were clean. There was alot lorikeetes in the palm tree which were noisy but this was only at sunset when they were ready to roost and early sunrise when they fly away for the day...Throughout the night and during the day all was quiet. I had to add an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances and phoned after hours for this request. John was very kind obliging."
