"Room was clean, a little cramped, perhaps some rearranging or removal of some furniture would make it more spacious. Bathroom is huge, clean could have used more shower gel. Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of options, boiled eggs, cereal, milk, yogurt, muffins and more. Bar was fun! Great live music! Overall cleans and great location."

"OUTSTANDING!! I had stayed here for 3weeks back in February on a work trip and they were Fantastic!! So, I notified management that I was coming back for my 33rd Wedding Anniversity and when we arrived there were Red Roses, Balloons and Champagne and the same room that i was in prior was waiting for us. Since this was my wife Mias's first time she was Ecstatic!!
Everyone was accomodating from grounds keepers, housekeeping, front desk to management.
I am currently working a plan to come back...

"It works! The location is right as you enter the key so you have to travel to the tourist spots. The shuttle is well used and seemed handy. Be prepared- they will give you an “Expedia Room” in a less desirable location in the resort. In this case it is right next to a tree where a very loud rooster nests at night. There was hourly crowing starting at 1 AM and the locals like the protected roosters more than you, so don’t whine about it- just put in the free earplugs which they leave in the...

"We stayed 2 nights here. Rooms are large and comfortable. Ours had a queen sized bed and a soda bed in the living area . 2 tvs ,bathroom with shower. The garden pool area (there are 2) with jacuzzi is very calming and pretty.
To get onto the property you need a keycard. As 2 girls alone we felt very safe . The staff was super helpful with anything we needed.
They serve Wine and cheese, crackers,nuts each night for Happy Hour and a simple but decent continental breakfast in the morning.

"This was my first trip to Key West and I decided to stay here due to its location. On arrival, I was happy to learn that parking was on site and included as part of the resort fee. The breakfast that was available off the lobby was okay, but what was really great were the omelettes that were made to order each morning by the pool. Speaking of the pool, the pool area was a great place to relax after spending a day walking all over the West end of the island."
