"Amazingly clean property. Great views and location. We usually stay at Hilton hotels and this hotel topped some of the Hilton's we have stayed at."

"Everything was great. More than expected. The only thing I would recommend is not listing it as a " family friendly." A great place for couples and singles who want to get away but no where for kids to play. If they are there, them and the parents, they might get in the "personal space " of other visitors. Just a thought. Otherwise, it was a great place"

"This hotel was absolutely stunning. From interior, spacious rooms, Mountain View & this wonderful smell that pumps through common areas. It was warm and inviting & somewhat felt luxurious. The location is convenient. Valet wasn’t as expected but that’s okay because we didn’t mind parking the car ourselves. Front desk was friendly 10/10 stay in Golden. I highly recommend"

"The lady at the desk was super nice & helpful, but the entire facility reeked of smoke & crack addicts. My room was "non smoking", but definitely was smoked in quite heavily. I was a smoker for 27 years, so I know what a recently smoked in room & property smells like & this was it. Cheap price, so I guess you get what you pay for here. Room was clean though, just smelled terrible."

"What are absolutely disgusting place pictures are very deceiving. Doesn’t look anything like it and there’s a bunch of drug addicts crackheads that live in their cars in the parking lot. Tried to get some kind of refund or compensation and they wouldn’t even answer the phone or return a call when I left a message and Expedia will do nothing about it. I’ve been with them for quite some time in the hotels just keep getting worse and worse."

"The room was clean but it is dated. The tub floor needs a good scrubbing, but it was clean. The pillows and bed were not comfortable, the bedding is barely there. Fire sticks are available with a deposit but we couldn't secure one for three days and it took us checking back every day, they did not have any notes system to let us know when one was brought back. The TV without the fire stick is on DISH service that was breaking up so we couldn't watch live TV -- that meant no live soccer games. ...

"The property is poorly maintained. Torn curtains, cut out pieces of hallway carpeting, debris scattered in hallway, glossy paint on walls looks cheap. Marks left on tabletops from someone else’s drink. Bed and breakfast were ok, but first impressions of the hallway and run down room put a bad taste in our mouth. Wanted to cancel second night but it got complicated with Expedia. Hotel staff was gracious and kind…which was good. They upgraded us to a suite on the second night."

"The hotel is fine for what you pay for. It is clean. It looks like they’re trying to modernize and update it. However, the air conditioning made strange noises. The hot tub was not working. However, the breakfast area is clean and a good breakfast. All in all, a decent stay."
