The staff is very kind, very friendly, Amanda is one of the housekeepers that we fell in love with, so sweet, kind, got our needs, hard worker. Enjoyed the breakfast there, great coffee! Will be back one day!

This is what I'm talking about! Affordable, luxurious (how about them fancy mirrors!), and well maintained. Staff was friendly, grounds were cleaned, and breakfast was ample. This was a very pleasant experience!

This property is an older hotel but has recently been completely redone so it was sparkly clean and new! The rooms are modern looking and fairly spacious. Also the staff was pleasant and were glad to hear we thought the hotel was nice looking and cared for. It is within seconds of the highway so has easy access to the 190. The breakfast was adequate to get your day started in the right note.

While the property was well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, the linens were a good quality our big concern was safety in the bathroom. Even though we didn’t require a handicap room, a grab bar in the tub area would’ve been of value. The bathroom was extremely small and no counter space.

This was an easy hotel to get to off the highway. A bit of noise from the highway heard in our room, but not enough to keep us awake. We checked in about 7pm, and there was just one staff person working. A bit of a wait but not too long. There were more staff in the morning which all seemed friendly & helpful. The room was a good size and clean. When we checked out for some reason they could not find me in their system, and I am hoping to be reimbursed for the $25.00 incidental hold charged to my credit card. Before leaving we headed out to Geneva State Park to see Lake Erie. The drive is 13 miles & easy to get to from hotel. We had never seem any of the great lakes & its worth the trip, they are amazing!

Had to get these items from the front desk: toilet paper!!! drinking cups, coffee cups, (no creamer, sugar etc) ice bucket, NO HAIR CONDITIONER!! empty!!! LOVED the 2nd floor room w/ balcony. Breakfast was ~ok, at 9:45 no eggs, couple of pieces of sausage -- but at least it was warm breakfast options. COFFEE WAS GOOD

Well this was my 3rd stay here. First was was excellent, second was good also. This one was a bit different. Reserved king bed, was given a change, 2 twin beds. No! I paid for king and needed a king. He changed it. Then found a lack of towels in the room, 1 wash cloth. I’ve noticed it is slowly getting worse since I started staying there. Was better than a 2 star rating.
