"The room was perfect for our family of five and the front desk was very helpful our entire stay. Our luggage was lost on the way and they were able to supply us with toothbrushes and pointed us in the right direction to get necessities until it arrived. "

"The hotel looks brand new. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given nespresso coffee on arrival. The hotel had everything we needed. We were very close to the tram and buses and trains (and airport). The hotel provided a travel pass, which was very nice. The hotel was perfect for us. There was a nespresso machine in our room too. The room had air conditioning, thank goodness. The rooms were spotless and quiet. A coop supermarket is also nearby, thus saving money by not eating...

"Our stay here was lovely, we had a beautiful suite with large windows overlooking the shopping street. Hotel is located in old town, very charming cobble stone streets. The staff was wonderful, always restocking fridge with waters. We forgot something in our hotel room and they were so kind to mail it to our US address. Very pleased and definitely recommend this hotel! "
