"Overall excellent facilities and staff. My only observation is that the reception area was very chaotic with a lot of kids running around which can be a little overwhelming. "Staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly. Pool area and beach were also fabulous. Only downside was that we weren’t allowed to drink our complimentary sparkling wine by the pool, unsure why but it was a little odd. Would definitely come again though, hotel was beaitiful"

"This is not a 5 star facility, the staff although very friendly, need a lot more training. There is simply not enough information. You are constantly referred to using the app but the app does not have all the information, so it is repeatedly back to the front desk for questions. "We had a lovely stay near Lindos. We enjoyed full access to Lindos Imperial's wonderful facilities.
