"No a/c in the more expensive room that we paid for. Termite infestation in smaller room we were moved to. The staff did not seem surprised by any of this and while they were nice, they were not particularly helpful. It was an ordeal just to get the batteries in the remote changed.
Great location and beautiful property. Too bad it is so poorly maintained.
Do yourself a favor and stay at Royal Sonesta around the corner."

"This was a quick turnaround trip for me so I was hoping that it would be smooth sailing however valet never came out to get my car which is $45 a night anyways. I ended up having to pay to park down the street. There were stains and hair on the sheets, I did not get the room I requested and paid for which was a king bed but the front desk lady was really nice. She was the best part of my visit. Other than that. It’s very average if you’re just kind of doing a quick trip."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could easily walk to the convention center and the Riverwalk outlet mall was great. The only thing, I wish our room had had a microwave. Breakfast was so big I could have eaten my leftovers later in the day. I believe there is a microwave in the lobby but not certain. Would absolutely stay there again."

"The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter.
The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure."
