"Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner."

"Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the overall quality and service. Highly recommended!"

"While this is one of the more affordable hotels closer to downtown Nashville, we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The room itself wasn’t terrible, but it showed a lot of wear and tear, and I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot around it. That said, the room was very spacious, and having a kitchen was helpful since we were traveling with our baby. We also had a nice view of the Parthenon. "House was decorated so fun! It was very convenient that every bedroom had its own bathroom and makes it easy to accommodate larger groups. Communication with staff/property manager was amazing. We had an issue come up upon checkout that was out of our control and they were so easy to work with on a later checkout. "

"Overall I loved this trip. The communication from the owner was excellent and he was extremely responsive to any questions or needs. The area is quiet and within walking distance of lots of fun things. It was a bit cold so we did not get to use the sky deck much but it seemed nice. "
