"Clean adiquet room.Easy parking"

"Upon arrival on a Thursday early afternoon, we found the twin room clean with reception informing us our room would be cleaned again on the Saturday. When we returned later that day (Saturday), the sheets were not changed, the rubbish bins not emptied and the bathroom had not been cleaned either. "Felt very secure"

"Nice nd clean"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat and even small details like coffee etc and milk in the fridge. Wonderful touch after a long day to have a quick coffee / tea."

"Great reception staff. Very friendly and welcoming. We forgot and item and they called and ensured we were able to get it. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean Very happy with our stay"

Plus it’s only a short drive from Balingup and Bridgetown. Beautiful scenery and just so peaceful. We will definitely be back!"

"Excellent location & lovely gardens. Quick walk to the river, near walking paths, and to the Main Street. Hotel is an oasis from the bustle of tourists coming to Margaret River."

"Location is convenient near to many restaurants and supermarkets. Room is spacious and well maintained."

When we got to our room it was neatly presented and clean. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite old and lumpy and you only get one pillow so we found that a little frustrating. The Expedia advertisement said it had a pillow menu but this was very far away from...
