"After a terrible experience at previous hotel booked for that night, we were so pleased to have found this hotel. It was so clean, spacious, and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was clean and the guest services were great!"

"The hotel was dirty, and the air conditioner was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing.
The airport shuttle service was terrible. They didn’t have enough space for my return trip to the airport, so I had to take a taxi instead. To make matters worse, the front desk called me at 4:00 a.m. to tell me there was no room on the shuttle, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."

"The room was dirty, with hair all over the floors. There were scratches and chipped paint on the walls, and the furniture was banged up and looked old. The elevator was not working for trips down, so I had to take the stairs.
On the positive side, the location was convenient and easily accessible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided good customer service."
