"Great option for my daughter and I because of the convenience to shopping and parking. I had to ask for my benefits this time, but they didn’t give me the $20 credit this time. And last time I was told I had a credit, but I was charged anyway. I requested a refund but never received it until i requested again on my next stay there. "

"Quality and comfort. "

"Check in was easy and fast. I had to ask for a credit I had from Expedia, but they grant it. Common areas were nice and clean. Pool was clean but they dont offer any F&B service. Rooms were clean but a bit dated. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the location was perfect for us."

"The hotel was clean. Parking was great. The only problem I have right now is that I told them I go I never get charged a deposit. They take my card for incidentals but they never run the card. I checked out Sunday and it's still on hold for $50. I stayed in Las Cruces the day before I did not get charged. Maybe it should be streamline so that we know what to expect because this is the first hotel by La Quinta where I am charged and all he had to say was that he was new and maybe that is the...
