"I have three criteria for picking a cheap motel when I am traveling. It must be clean, safe and quiet. This motel provided all three, but little else. If you go there, don't be deterred by people loitering outside and around the property. The room did not have a coffee pot or a microwave, and it didn't even have bath towels until I went downstairs, where a curt desk person directed me to the laundry. A woman there slowly gave me towels. Adding to the ambience, a poster on the entry reminds...

"I had no complaints about the room although one the first 2 nights i didn’t know how to work the AC what was a killer without it but once a cleaner showed me how it works it was fine The staff were probably the best part of the stay I didn’t drive I got a uber all the time (what were crazy fast at picking up And i didn’t really use the kitchen but maybe a cup but that’s it But I got what I paid for with stay"

"This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House."

"This was one of the least maintained Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Breakfast was good. Parking lot had cars blocking center with people smoking weed and dancing, not great for kids to witness. And the hotel staff would not allow guests to change the television channel to something our group was interested in watching. The one lady working behind the counter insisted she was going to watch what she wanted to."

"Very sad dilapidated place, guy who checked us in was great, but that was about it, people roaming the hall knocking on doors all night, smells from other room seeping through the vent, rusty appliances, beat up dresser, holes in the curtains…. Just sad place."

"Room and property were great. Clean , quiet, room well equipped. Our only issue was the room had two tv’s and c cj a single remote that controlled both at same time. You could not watch different programs or adjust volume on just one. Otherwise it was great"

"Sounds silly but it was the best shampoo and conditioner that I ever had at a hotel. Everything was great except you couldn’t close the blinds (we were pretty sure lol) which caused us all to wake up at 5:15 blah."

"Standard mid-range travel hotel. Nothing particularly special and nothing particularly problematic. Would have liked a better selection at the restaurant but that is a minor observation."

"Room was clean. One of the towels was dirty but overall everything else was clean. It was hard opening the balcony door took some time to get it open."
