"Entire stay was 5 stars except for checkout at the end. Orville at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful which is a shame because all of the other staff were exceptional and I loved everything about the resort. The aesthetic, the amenities, the beach access and the pools were wonderful. The food was top tier and I was very impressed with all of the restaurants. "Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Our toilet did not flush and the hotel did not seemed staffed to accommodate any guests requests. They dropped a plunger off at our door and walked away. It was a good thing we were only there for one night. "
