The room was clean, the restroom and shower seemed newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"We used this particular hotel because they had the airport shuttle. The way to the airport was fine, but upon our return, we called the number provided to let them know our flight had been delayed (call at 9:06PM) and to make sure we’d still be okay for the shuttle. Then, when we landed, we called again before midnight (11:14PM). We told them we were there and needed to be picked up. They said we had to be outside. We got outside and called again (11:40PM), once again before midnight, and they...

"The lobby is being remodeled so there is no access to it; the picture on the website should be removed or this should be noted. However, check in was quick/efficient. Parking was adequate. The entrance to the halls smells heavily of smoke, etc. Thankfully the room did not smell of smoke. The TV was unavailable through the rain. Bedding, towels, toiletries were adequate. The shower provided only extremely hot water making it unusable. The AC worked properly."

"Staff was wonderful. Night check in was very sweet and helpful. Despite some cleanliness issues and room changes, she was gracious, patient, and overall pleasant and kind. Check out also had a wonderful and sweet lady working. Coffee was excellent in the morning. Dog friendly with large green space .
