"Good location in a beautiful old building. Lovely corridors and courtyard. We stayed in a family room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Strong AC and hot shower. Breakfast was superb and the welcome drink and afternoon snack were great touches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator was helpful for taking luggage up."

"I love this hotel because of the location itself. The room is clean, well maintained and it is very helpful to have iron + board in room.
This hotel is near to Chowrasta Market (walking distance) and you have lots of options for food if you are lazy to go out. Easy to get grab and the fee is also cheap.
I love to stay at this hotel again in future."

"Everything was good, just that the rooms are not sound proof at all, you can hear people walking outside, you can hear if your neighboring room uses these restroom."

"The charm and character of the hotel put it in a class of its own. The staff on the front desk were super helpful. Long after I have forgotten the modern glass slab that we are currently staying in, I will look back with real pleasure on our stay in George Town."
