"Hotel is great but the parking isn’t. You need to park far away from the hotel and walk back as the hotel has no parking but it is close to the waterfront which was good for us as we didn’t need the car until we left."

"The staff and our room was great, but getting to it required using the one working North elevator, whose doors close really fast, and which stop only when they hit, hard, on your body, on a stroller. We saw multiple people get hit, one old fellow dropping everything from the impact. Hope it gets fixed soon."

"Our stay at Cambridge Suites Halifax was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the level of customer service exceeded all of our expectations. The front desk team was outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer any questions or accommodate our requests. When our plans changed at the last minute and we wanted to visit Peggy’s Cove, they immediately organized everything for us, including shuttle transportation, making the entire process effortless. The location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance of the waterfront, fantastic restaurants, cafés, and everything we wanted to see and do in Halifax. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including coffee, complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. We were travelling as a large family, and housekeeping was always happy to provide extra towels without hesitation. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety and plenty of food for everyone. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. After walking back up the hill from the waterfront with our large group, it was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. It’s rare to find a hotel where every interaction leaves such a positive impression, but Cambridge Suites Halifax truly delivered."
