Unable to do basic things like charge room service to the room. Avoid avoid. The book-a-ride taxi service is excellent however but they are a separate company to the Ramada"

"The Hotel overall is very comfortable and clean and in a great location. The housekeepers came everyday and did a great job. I also felt safe during my stay. There can be some improvements on the maintenance in the rooms. The refrigerator was not cold, the bathroom sink kept flooding because the stopper did not work. My AC in the room kept getting warm and I called maintenance twice. My friend was in a room where the curtains on the windows were torn. I would still recommend the hotel because the hotel staff are very responsive if you have any complaints. "
