Pegasus hotel. Georgetow

I greatly enjoyed my stay. This was my second visit to this hotel. The staff were amazing. I was upgraded to a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. I will definitely visit again on my next trip in to Guyana 2025.

Everything was great except the gym was dirty. Staffed is very friendly, the manager greeted me and welcome us to the hotel. Before I checked out I notice a note under the door stating we get a complimentary two hours checkout which was very nice because our flight was delayed. We will definitely come again.

Enjoyed my stay here. The only suggestion I would make is for the executive suites Lobby to have its own check out/ check in facilities. Loved the service provided by all the staff members I interacted with. Keep up the good job!!

Very friendly stuff. My say was complimentary upgraded to Executive Suite. The late check out is till 2 pm without an issue. They even let me extend the check out till 8 pm for a reasonable fee. The food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast were amazing.

At check in we were shown to our "deluxe" room. It was dirty, moldy, with cockroaches scurrying underneath the door. The staff was kind enough to relocate us in the new part of the hotel. our room was clean nad had an amazing view of the city. We would stay at the new pegasus again. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful

Hotel is still in great condition, stayed in a suite which was very spacious and clean. Would love to see some modern renovations be done to the hotel as there is great potential there. Nonetheless the property was well kept, extremely close to the seawall which is convenient. Overall my family and I had a great stay. Be mindful of the mosquitoes!

I want to thank the GM for upgrading our rooms. The rooms in the new tower were very clean and nice. Spacious as well. Staff was polite and very helpful. Felt secure when the team escorted us to our rooms when we arrived at 1 am. Thanks to the team.
