"The room had cockroaches in both bathrooms. The secondary bathroom had no hot water.. called the front desk was told that somebody would come at 7:30 AM. Nobody ever showed up. We rented a cabana for Friday and Saturday. Could not use the TV because of no remote asked front desk several times for one never received one.. the fan was broke and we had to leave each day at 2 o’clock due to the landscapers working directly behind our heads with power tools. "

"Our stay was pretty good. The amenities are great, we were right on the beach. Our room was a bit outdated but not a biggie. Bedding was great! My only 3 concerns are - Breakfast. It was a buffer breakfast that was located about a block away. Food was ok, coffee was meh.. - Construction on the beach. If you are an esthetic this place is not currently for you - Customer service 😮‍💨 People were simply not pleasent."

"The front desk staff was extremely nice. Ince I got to room however, I was afraid to even put anything in the room. The pictures are decieving online. Linens dingy, old, and worn. Furtinure was the same way. It looked dirty and seriously out dated. The mattresses has signs of bedbugs. I immediatly booked accomadations elswhere. "
