Poor state in all accounts. My AC and heater were broken. They had no maintenance to correct it and they didn’t even offer to change my room.

All in all good. The sound travels, we hear lots of voices from next door. There was a chewing tobacco box laying on the floor beside my bed, so obviously not vacuumed there. The cleanliness in the halls and such were also not great, it reallyneeded vacuuming. The ceiling was leaking above my bed ...

We've stayed at many different hotels in Fargo and this was the best value for sure! Fantastic pool, very clean rooms, great breakfast.
