"The staff were actually really nice, but the room didn’t have slippers! Also, for tea and coffee they only had paper cups instead of real ones. When we asked for glass cups, they said they didn’t have any, which was kinda weird! But overall though, everything was good."

"The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims...

"The breakfast offered good options such as scrambled eggs, waffles and cold cereals. The parking was outside my sliding door on my 1st floor room."

"Nice clean rooms , check in was easy. No elevator so be sure to ask for ground floor if you can’t do the stairs. Staff was helpful , breakfast was ok not much available when we arrived 40 minutes before closing ! Would return for sure ! "
