Clean. Flooring is like... loose? it's acceptable for the cheapest place in town. The parking lot (Canada in winter) was mostly plowed, with a truck that seems to be a permanent fixture, if I had a trailer I couldn't have even pulled in. The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory.
