"What a disgrace of a business!!
Upon arrival, we couldn't get anyone to answer the door.
I saw a notice on one of the doors that said call this number for assistance, so did that, and it went to voicemail.
We were outside in -3 deg weather for 3 quarters of an hour trying to get in.
Staff were not hospitable at all, acted like we were an inconvenience, and that's putting it mildly.
Room was freezing cold with an ineffective wall heater that did nothing.
Bed was hard as the floor, and one cotton sheet with an equally thin blanket, not appropriate for the time of the year, we had to go to bed fully clothed.
Not good enough for what we paid, in fact I want a refund.
The worst place I have ever stayed !
