"Clean and comfortable."

"Spacious room. Bathroom a little outdated but otherwise ok, nice little patio ours had a view of the gardens, the bed super plush and soft. Reception staff friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Walking distance to central Queenstown about 10mins, the short walk up the hill on returning was fine for us, others perhaps not. Noticed at the back of the service area at our exit door some dead plants in planters and a little run down, would be easy to solve to match the rest of the well looked after gardens."
