"Traditional hotel BUT the extra charge of 15 euros for the use of the kitchenette is not clearly indicated on expedia and the owner was not very friendly at first when we told him we were u aware of this….."
"Very nice hotel, perfect for the family. The kids especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool (either indoor or outdoor) after a day walking in the lovely Alps.
The dinners are typical Austrian (three course, soup, main and dessert) and might not suite everyone (been in Austria a lot myself though and find the arrangements very practical)."
"We had a great stay. Wellness, Breakfast, service.... Everything was great and we would come again.
It was probably also one of the cleanest wellness areas I ever saw.
The people there (service) were super friendly "
"Clean property. Can ski to the hotel. Some rooms are renovated and some are not. We had a renovated one which was very nice but watch out. Good breakfast, nice staff. "
"Real impressive experience including great customer service and phenomenal location. The lady at the front desk is genuinely nice and understanding. This is definitely a hidden gem worth the visit especially when visiting this town for the weekend concert activities. "
"An extremely useable and good hotel - really worked for our skiing holiday with good restaurants right next door and the good breakfasts set us up for the day."
"Lovely hotel, all the staff were super friendly and helpful to us and also to our dog!
Rooms were spacious and comfortable, delicious breakfast and a great location. We will be back to visit again :) "
