"Zimmer sehr klein aber stylisch, einfacher Check In und Check Out Prozess"

"Zweckmäßig ausgestattete Zimmer, für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Elektronischer CheckIn hat nicht funktioniert, andere elektronische Self Services auch nicht. Ein Hinweis in den Zimmern, dass auch Müllabholung und Klopapier-Nachschub nur auf Antrag funktionieren, wäre hilfreich gewesen. In einem der beiden Zimmer gab es einen Hinweis am Spiegel, im anderen nicht. Keine Aussage zum Frühstück, da woanders selbst-versorgt. Gute, zentrale Lage mit Anschluss an versch. S-Bahnen und U-Bahn, Bus."

"There was only 1 public wc for the guest, i had to check out at 10:00 and waited at the lobby for train departure. Just before leaving, I wanted to go to wc and as it's broken and the hotel wasn't helpful , they refused NO. Not convenient for any visitor with big luggage to move with the desire if peeing on the way to train station"

"The building is old and expected for the price. There was mold in our room but the linens were all clean and room was as clean as it could be except for that. The Staff was AMAZING!!! They were all so friendly! I would recommend for a quick stay but maybe not with kids as the area is not kid friendly environment."

"Location was ok. They didn’t have parking we had to find other public parking. When we arrived there was a large student group clogging the lobby for check in. I tried to use the self check in but it didn’t work. The guest kitchen is super tiny but functional for our needs."
