"We booked this room specifically for the baseball games series. However, during our day, there was an event going on that we weren’t made aware of when we booked. This occupied the entire McGregor Square so we were not able to take advantage of restaurants during the main part of our stay. We also booked this hotel primarily to be able to walk out from the hotel right into course field. The hotel closed off the exit so we had to walk clear around the hotel just to get to the gate we needed to. The room was nice and clean however, there was a lot of things not working. The shower door wouldn’t close lamps weren’t working and the door to the room had to be forcefully closed. The stain itself was OK but it would’ve been what I would’ve expected from $100 a night stay. However, the rooms we booked over $300 a night. When we booked them for the amenities at the hotel provided, and to enhance our experience at the ballpark. I was asked by the staff why I did not mention it during our stay.. the problem was the hotel was so packed stood at the counter for quite a bit going to be ignored with all the other things going on. So I just went on my way. Not to mention the issues I had as they double charged my room after I had already paid ahead of time. Which caused a whole other conversation with my bank. It all sorted out best of all our team swept the series. Put something I definitely think twice about staying here again."

"The property itself wasn't very clean. The trash cans that they had outside were overflowing. The rooms are outdated along with the linen. There's cigarette Burns in the comforter, food was stuck in the remote from the previous guest. That was beyond disgusting. They have an oval toilet which I have at home with the round seat and lid which does not make any sense. Never seen something like that. It's very odd. There is a little peephole in the corner of the shower by the shower head. It's about a 2-in diameter screened hole. My wife and I saw that and thought that was extremely unusual, especially where it was placed. The elevator had graffiti on the stainless portions that had not been removed. The staff was very kind and that's the only plus for this particular location. Extremely disappointed on the condition of this hotel. Clearly the owner or property manager does not put any money into it."

"Loved the uniqueness and quirkiness of the room! Stayed on the "Level Up" floor in the Mushroom Kingdom suite, had a Mario Bros. theme. Huge suite, on a corner!"

"Pillows were like bags of sand aka horrible. The fan in the room was so loud and kept turning on and off until I finally figured out how to turn it off completely. Terrible night of sleep because of that. "

"STAY AWAY from this one. I don't event know where to start. We fought for a refund the whole time. 1. Property is not kept up. 2. Room does not have queen beds as listed. They were full size. 3. It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. The whole sink front broke off as soon as we opened the drawer 5. Dirty unit. I don't even think they clean these between guests. 6. No new towels for the entire stay. 7. no front desk or property management to go to. Only a phone number and excuse after excuse. 8. Very noisy. You hear so much from out side they put white noise machines in the room to try and drown out the traffic and people yelling. And we were on the 4th floor and it was still bad. 9. The is NO parking to be found near the property. You have to park blocks away and the whole area is 3 hour limit parking. I could go on an on. If you want to have a good time on vacation. stay somewhere else."

"This was in a nice location, allowing us to walk. The whole building was clean and felt welcoming. Minus one of our beds which had 4-5 weird stains on it, and not small stains either. Over all I would stay here again."
