"Enjoyed our stay at such an iconic hotel. Will definitely stay again and looking forward to seeing everything fully refurbished. Had great view of estuary from our room. Staff all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, great choice available with lovely sea views. Lovely bar area, again with great views, nice to sit and chat late into the evening."

The staff were terrible, the lady who did the check in was not bad, but others were not friendly at all when I go in or out saying hi they either do not answer back or just a cold hi in return
