"Good location within a short walk of train station and tram stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful (improvising a vase for our mother's day flowers). Rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there were some style-over-substance design choices (e.g., glass cylinder shower that clogged and overflowed, tiny wash basin).
Not many options for food - particularly dinner - without a bit of a walk, mitigated by easy access to trams."

"Visited with my wife and son. Tiny rooms but that’s not my criticism of the property. Upon arrival, very unhelpful unfriendly staff. Check in was smooth. Airconditioning in room, poor. Room was not clean when we entered. I complained the next morning and still the room was not properly cleaned. Shampoo was empty as well. If it wasn’t for the Italian chef at the breakfast room, this property should have shut down. Nothing can take me back there."

"If you want to visit two unique museums, just a few minutes of walking distance. The hotel’s garden was so beautiful and calming to get rest until your next daily adventure. "We were in town for a tournament near the Olympic stadium, so the location was perfect. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed with comfortable beds and nice decor.
