"overall its not bad....definitely good for a family however there's a few things I would like to mention that could have an impact for others wanting to book same place. 1. It's not the holiday Inn, its two separate businesses using the same building...some floors have hotel rooms, some have appartment rooms...I haven't see the hotel rooms so I cannot comment on that however I can say it feels misleading when you head into the lobby and they have elevators that are much fancier yet they tell...

The front desk is limited, as mentioned on the site, reception is only available until about 5:30pm, so if you plan on baggage storage you may be better off renting a storage locker. They give a small, very nice bottle of port wine and have them on display in the lobby, but you are unable to purchase as a souvenir. The rooms are very spacious and clean. If you want to use the fold out bed, let them know in advance because they lock it."

"Perfectly roomy suite for small group. We all love the black out curtains that gave us good rest. It's by street but surprisingly quite. Great location. Mimutes walk to everything."

"Great location in Porto! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We didn’t use the public transport at all. It’s a spacious apartment for 3 people. Check in and contact with staff was all through WhatsApp. Noisy at times due to being in the bustling center but it’s fine with earplugs. There is no elevator, so you have to bring your luggages up the narrow stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

My family had a lovely stay for 8 nights. We were expected house keeping every 2 day. But cleaner came everyday and did amazing job. The location was excellent.
