"Nice location, beautiful view. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. Room nice and we got an upgrade to room with a view. The only thing I didn’t like is sewage smell from the bathroom that lingering all the way to the room. Love coffee maker espresso. Sauna was very nice however it is not separate from men or women gender which makes me little uncomfortable. Overall great stay. "

"Clean, good size room with nice garden view. No luxury, stick to basic but color scheme is so pleasing. All people I came across, including front office, housekeepers, restaurant staff, were polite and helpful. Half of them don’t speak English but their helpfulness shown outwardly. They should emphasize that the hotel is just adjacent to the Wall Memorial, with street car stops in 50 meters. The best kept secret is the restaurant, the decor will please everyone with a nice private garden outside the floor to ceiling glass wall. Was an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. "

"Everyone of the staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was super that fueled me all day long. They keep their place clean. The area is very walkable, near the tram, métro station, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. I would like to offer a suggestion to not let guests smoke outside within 20' from the entrance; however there's a table outside & an ashtray or container where people extinguish their cigarettes. I think, that area can be misconstrued as a smoking area. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend them."

"The staff were really friendly and accommodated my requests without hesitation Great lication. 8min metro ride to Alexander platz. Massive shopping centre a few mins walk away. Downside was theres a caravan park nextdoor and it was very noisy, as i had to keep the windows open coz no AC, with 22* at night."

"Hotels.com was misleading about the location of this property. I booked this as it stated it was in centre, which it was not. If I knew of the exact location, I would not have booked it. This was our first visit to Berlin and I did not expect the apartment to be across the road from a park for the homeless and to openly see drug use taking place. There needs to be more of an honest representation of where this property is located. We received no check in details until I called to request. Check in details are supposed to arrive the day before, which they didn’t. I was then advised they would arrive between 2pm - 3pm on the day of check in, which they didn’t. Thankfully a couple of other guests allowed us into the reception out of the hot sun. I called for check in details, which shouldn’t have happened. Better communication is required. I would not recommend this particular property due to the location. "
