"good place , in center location easy to go around"

"Pros: clean, convenience, near bus stop and food stores. Cons: service, especially the way the young reception woman talks with guest. I thought 12pm is check out time instead of reality is 11am. She called to my room and said "hi, this is the final call for check out" and hand off. I even didn't have time to say any word, even didn't have time to sorry for misunderstanding the check out time. When i were at lobby, she didn't look at me even a glance. Her colleague checked out for me....
