"The air conditioner was a bit weird but all is great"

"It definitely felt like a budget experience. Looking back I wish I had paid a bit more for the next level up of hotel. The staff were friendly but the service was poor. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned multiple times and when it was “cleaned” we just had new towels placed and the trash taken away. The area itself also gave a very dive bar feeling. Next time I will pay extra to get more of the Singapore experience you see online. Singapore is an amazing safe country. I did not expect to...

"Very clean, staff lacks a bit of good hospitality vibes (no one smiles). But the place is very nice, very clean, and very comfortable."

"We had a great stay at ibis budget Gold. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Pang, who took such wonderful care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and great service!"
