I had a really nice stay, the room was great with a lot of space. The staff were lovely and super helpful. It's a very easy walk into the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We arrived at the hotel after a long overnight flight and were able to check in early, which we were very appreciative of. The rooms were quiet, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is terrific… great location…couldn’t be happier!

Such a warm welcome, great to have the parking once worked out where to go, though at a price. Apartment great, spacious & spotlessly clean, well equipped if staying for longer. On 4th floor so very quiet - woken up first night by another guest hammering on his door but this was not fault of hotel! Chose this as had elevator which was perfect for my elderly parents & though a little out of town, could walk to tram stop or get an Uber if don’t wish/unable to walk the 20 mins or so

Aparthotel ligt op 20 minuutjes lopen van de belangrijkste hotspots en het centrum van Gent. Bij het hotel kun je parkeren, tegen betaling. Wij waren met zij. Drieën en hadden de triple room. Dit was een kamer met aparte slaapkamer en een kitchenette, zitkamer en badkamer. De badkamer was netjes. Klein nadeel was de douche in het bad. Bad was glad, dus beetje gevaarlijk met uitstappen. Verder was de badkamer prima. Het kitchenette had een grote koelkast, een kookplaat en veel opbergruimte en was voorzien van de belangrijkste dingen. Denk aan waterkoker, senseo, bestek en servies. De zitkamer was ruim. Hier sliep 1 persoon op een opklapbed. Dit lag niet heel erg comfortabel. De slaapkamer was ruim, veel opbergruimte. De 2 eenpersoonsbedden waren goed, schoon beddengoed. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Verder hebben we nergens gebruik van gemaakt. Ideale plek om te verblijven in Gent, mits je het niet erg vindt om een stukje te lopen naar het centrum. Er gaat ook openbaar vervoer. Aanrader.

L’emplacement n’est pas très proche du centre ville, mais il reste facilement accessible, la gare dampoort est accessible en 10min à pieds, pratique pour allez à Bruges, ou à Ostende. En ce qui concerne l’appartement il est fonctionnel et propre mais il manque un micro-ondes, et la télévision est hors d’âge (pas de hdmi, ni d’usb), le réveil est fait en fanfare par le service de ménage à 8h15. Pour autant nous conseillons tout de même cet Aparthotel.

Uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern im Teenageralter) hat es sehr gefallen. Die Raumaufteilung war ideal. Der Wohnraum bestand aus Sofaecke mit Fernseher, einer Küchenzeile und einem Esstisch. Unsere Kinder hatten darin eine Aufbettung mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Sofaecke war dadurch noch als solche nutzbar. Wir Eltern hatten ein separates Schlafzimmer. Das Hotel ist am Rande der Innenstadt gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen.

Nice apart-hotel in a walking distance to all nice places of Gent. Very helpful personel and a good parking place, essential for Gent.
